We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled administrative assistant with expertise in excel sheets and marketing to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have Directorial/management skills
• Utilize Excel and Google sheets to create, maintain, and update various reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Be able to multitask and maintain company finance records.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and preparing documents.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Must have experience with Adobe Acrobat and Docusign.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a financial, fintech or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self starter and Pro Active.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
